Georgia Center for Foreign Investment and DevelopmentThe purpose of GCFID is to work with the local, regional and state authorities to deploy EB-5 funding (and other sources, as appropriate) to promote significant economic growth in Georgia (initially within those 23 counties which comprise the greater Atlanta region) and elsewhere within the United States of America that is sustainable over the long term. This will include, but not limited to, investment in Tourism and Hospitality, Technology, Transportation, Manufacturing and Trade, Health Services, Education, Commercial Office and Mixed Use Industries. The intention is to identify standalone projects (such as The Carnegie Boutique Hotel conversion, The Hard Rock Hotel or Newnan Village Crossing) or key parts of wider initiatives such as the Green Line project that meet or exceed the investment criteria. The focus of each initiative will be on job creation through sustainable economic development in the region. The five year objective of the regional center is to inject over $200,000,000 dollars of equity into those qualified projects that provide: - superior returns to investors - are environmentally conscious, and - provide long term job creation within the State of Georgia and throughout the U.S.A. GCFID team is composed of an impressive array of internationally noted developers, financiers, fund managers, brokers and leading immigration attorneys. Each of which is committed to providing the highest level of professional service to our valued investors and their families, through our elite concierge program. |
