The Hard Rock Hotel, Atlanta will be located on the western edge of Centennial Olympic Park, within walking distance of some of downtown Atlanta’s most popular attractions--including the Georgia Aquarium, the World of Coca Cola, the Georgia World Congress Center, CNN Center, Philips Arena, the Georgia Dome and the Children’s Museum of Atlanta. The project will occupy the block bounded by Marietta, Luckie, and Latimer Streets and will be located directly west of the Georgia Aquarium which attracts over 3 million visitors annually.

Hard Rock have a strong following of destination dining and bar concepts such as Nobu and Rande Gerber, etc which appeal to guests and local residents alike. Energy is derived from fusing quality restaurant and bar partners, the employees’ passion, music, design and other tangible/intangible elements. The intention is to select those concepts and partners who deliver an economic return from the outlets, whilst adding to the image of the hotel delivering RevPar advantage and reducing overhead costs.

The hotel will have 270 rooms and offer its guests a destination rock star experience that is both energetic and stylish encapsulating a spectrum of first-class hotel services, cuisine and nightlife with a distinctive rock vibe. The hotel will exude an upscale style and design featuring an inspired collection of premier class amenities, including a destination spa and fitness center and recording studio appointed lavishly with cutting-edge technology, signature restaurants and high-profile bars catering to both business and leisure travelers and accommodating groups with state-of-the-art business facilities and meeting space. A concert venue, and music industry incubator is also being explored with potential partners to further enhance Atlanta’s leadership position in the music and entertainment industry.
