The Boutique Hotel, Nashville is a 1.37 acres site located at the intersection of 17th and Broadway, 7 miles from the airport close to current and future convention centers, Vanderbilt University, New Ballpark, Symphony Hall and many major businesses. The site is considered to be in an excellent location between the world famous “Music Row” and also a short distance from numerous Downtown attractions.

Music Row is an area southwest of Downtown Nashville that is home to hundreds of businesses related to the country music, gospel music, and contemporary Christian music industries, and which serves as the focal point for Nashville’s thriving tourist and convention industry. Music Row is also widely considered the heart of Nashville's entertainment industry, and is home to the revitalization stage in their respective lifecycles, with new construction in the residential, office, and commercial sectors, in addition to widespread redevelopment of existing structures.
